According to a report released by the International Energy Agency (IEA), India is emerging as a global leader in terms of clean and sustainable energy investments. Soon this sectors demand and investments will be surpassing fossil fuels. This is the beginning for a better future. In 2023 the allocation of investments were majorly spent on clean technologies. India’s commitment for transforming country to green country is profound and very much evident. According to IEA report, solar energy will be taking the centre stage when it comes to the allocation of investments.

The investment decision by the government and investors shows that India is not far from achieving sustainable goals. On a considerable rate, Indian government is very much serious about building a green future with the help of cleantech, healthtech and their effective solutions, policies and regulation acts. Greening solutions are the talk of the town. Young entrepreneurs are successfully initiating with ideas such as renewable fuels and low carbon construction materials as well as vehicles that run on electricity or hydrogen. Additionally, carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), energy consumption management, and green materials are other major trends.
