The company started out as a charitable venture during the COVID-19 period. Dr Gupta’s husband is a practising radiologist and it was during COVID-19 that he got an overwhelming number of medical enquiries. It could be felt that there is a huge lack of expertise in the medical services segment and hence Dr Komal Gupta started out with Uevolve Radiology where free services were given to patients and relatives to begin with. Gradually, she realized that there is huge market for quality teleradiology services and started connecting with nearby clinics and other medical institutions to provide expert services.

Slowly and steadily, she organized her operations and employed experienced doctors and qualified medical professionals to create an impeccable medical services framework. Dr Gupta belongs to a business family and is also a dentist by profession. It was her dream to establish a business of her own and it became successful with this venture. “I found out that the revenue for teleradiology services was low which is why there were discrepancies in report quality among reporting Radiologists. It could only be solved with quality diagnosis supported by the deserved price. We now have very experienced doctors and medical professionals working for us and an organized service structure for time optimization”, shares Dr Gupta.

Road Ahead

In a very short period of time, the company has gained significant trust and recognition in the market because of an organized approach and honesty. It wants to keep doing the good work and employ more experienced medical professionals in the coming years. “We have already expanded to the UK and the US and we are now planning to expand to the Gulf countries in the coming years”, concluded Dr Gupta.
