LiaPlus AI, an AI-powered customer support automation platform, has secured Rs.2 crore in seed funding, led by Gurugram-based angel investment firm Inflection Point Ventures. The funding round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angel Network, Growth Sense, and Growth91.

Founded by Smridhi Seth (COO) and Shailesh Jaiswal (CEO), LiaPlus offers AI-driven customer support agents that provide 24/7 assistance in 18 languages, including English, Hindi, and Arabic. These AI assistants not only handle customer interactions but also perform post-call actions like sending emails and WhatsApp messages, allowing businesses to focus on strategic decisions and networking.

The platform integrates with over 6,000 apps and features an intuitive, user-friendly dashboard. “LiaPlus AI is not just automating calls; we’re transforming the way businesses engage with their customers, making every interaction smarter, faster, and more meaningful," said Seth.

Shailesh Jaiswal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Delhi.

Being an AI researcher and entrepreneur from India, he has gained considerable expertise in consulting with global corporations, specializing in rapid engineering as well as automating sales processes and customer support.

Alternatively, Smridhi Seth is an accomplished graduate of the University of Delhi with a master's degree in MA; boasting over five years dedicated to research and development, behavioral analysis and data science.
