Rezo.ai, an artificial intelligence startup that automates customer support, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by Modulor Capital for product development and expansion into new markets.

The funding round was also attended by Dexter Angel Network, AI startup Veda Labs, and angel investors, including Delhivery co-founder Bhavesh Manglani and Fusion Microfinance founder Devesh Sachdev.

Bhavish Sood, a general partner at Modulor Capital, will join the company's board of directors.

“We are certain to expand the business and empower many more enterprises with never-before-offered AI-powered solutions for transforming customer and employee experiences. The investment will also be used to rapidly expand into new markets and grow our teams in the US and the Middle East,” said Rashi Gupta, Rezo.ai’s chief data scientist, and cofounder.

Tushar Agrawal, partner at Dexter Angels, said: “The initial wave of conversational AI had rule-based bots, and used natural language processing to understand consumer intent from past conversations. We believe the next wave is increasingly going to be voice-enabled.”

“Rezo.ai is working at the forefront of this technology and enabling enterprises through customer service automation…Rezo.ai has built a truly vernacular solution supporting 11 languages in voice and several languages in text,” he added.

Interactions with customers become faster, easier, scalable, and error-free with AI-powered intelligent automation. Rezo automates interactions across all channels, including voice, WhatsApp, social media, chat, and email, resulting in faster resolution, happier customers, and more efficient agents.
