Chhattisgarh-based mental healthtech startup BetterSpace has successfully secured Rs 4.5 million in its initial pre-seed funding round, led by PedalStart, a renowned startup community-builder and accelerator. Before this funding round, BetterSpace primarily relied on self-funding to drive its operations. The startup has outlined its intentions for the newly acquired funds, aiming to bolster both its offline and online services. BetterSpace plans to create a fresh array of products such as games and toolkits, while also focusing on enhancing marketing strategies and brand visibility. Moreover, the funding will be directed towards optimizing technology and the app to ensure seamless accessibility across various devices. Strengthening talent acquisition has been identified as another crucial strategic area by the company.
