Circle, a Bengaluru-based C2C resale platform, has raised Rs 3.4 crore in its pre-seed funding round led by Titan Capital, with participation from Myntra co-founder Raveen Sastry. The company plans to use the capital to enhance its AI systems, including guided pricing, automated condition checks, and catalog matching, to improve user trust and product transparency.
The startup will focus on growing its presence in Bengaluru while preparing to expand into additional cities by 2026. Circle is currently prioritizing electronics and household categories, where demand for reliable pre-owned products continues to rise.
Founded in 2025 by Ankit Misra and Chirag Kataruka, Circle operates a full-stack model that verifies product listings using AI, manages doorstep pickups, and ensures secure, hassle-free payments. The platform aims to eliminate scams, miscommunication, and uncertainties that often trouble buyers and sellers on traditional C2C marketplaces.
Sellers can easily list their products, receive pricing recommendations, and get paid after Circle verifies and collects the item. Since its soft launch in August 2025, the platform has attracted more than 17,000 users in Bengaluru. Electronics, appliances, furniture, and home goods are among the top-performing categories.

India’s used-goods market, valued at Rs 1.6 lakh crore, continues to grow rapidly. However, consumers still face issues like fake listings, unreliable product information, and lack of protection during transactions. With over 70 million Indians exchanging pre-owned goods every month, Circle aims to bring structure, safety, and convenience closer to primary e-commerce standards.
