Amazon Web Services (AWS) India has disclosed that ConveGenius, an edtech social enterprise, has created a conversational AI chatbot named SwiftChat on its platform, targeting government schools and low-fee private schools. The objective of the platform is to improve learning outcomes for school students by leveraging more than 53 conversational AI chatbots, delivering personalized learning content in 13 regional languages to over 100 million students throughout India. According to a statement from ConveGenius, "ConveGenius has built SwiftChat Conversational AI Platform on AWS".

The SwiftChat platform, which manages 124 million student profiles across 19 million devices, empowers government schools to develop omnichannel chatbots. These chatbots deliver personalized learning experiences, including curated videos and read-along content, through a unified AI-enabled chatbot conversation. As per the announcement, "Using the SwiftChat platform, government schools can deliver personalized learning through a single AI-enabled chatbot conversation".

In addition to personalized learning, SwiftChat provides teacher training and facilitates data-driven decision-making for school administrators. The platform enables administrators to monitor and address the resource needs of schools, ensuring a balanced teacher-to-student ratio. This initiative represents a significant stride in harnessing AI for educational enrichment, particularly in government schools and low-fee private schools.
