Co-working Space Startup 'Incuspaze' wins $8 million from IIOF
Incuspaze, Workspace solution providing startup has raised nearly $8 million directed by the IIOF - India Inflection Opportunity Fund and other financial organizations in its original funding round.
This substantial investment will level-up the capabilities of Incuspaze to deliver high-ended workspace solutions for startups, MSMEs, enterprises and so on.
The startup claims that it has a collection of 3 million square feet in 18 cities over 44 locations across the country. Recently the startup leased 220,000 square feet of space in M3M Urban project in Gurugram.
Established by Sanjay Choudhary, the eight-year-old startup intends to develop its portfolio in southern India with a stubborn focus on Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The startup’s top clients include Girnarsoft, Byjus’s, Flipkart, Phonepe among others.
For the financial year ending in the month of March 2023 – FY23, Incuspaze posted over 3X surge in its current functional revenue to Rs.50 crore against Rs. 14.84 crore in the financial year. During the financial year 2023, the firm sustained to cut down its losses to Rs.98 lakh from Rs.5 crore. The startup is yet to file its yearly report for the previous financial year.
Last year November, Pantomath Financial Services Group successfully closed its funding Pre-IPO fund named as the IIOF –India Inflection Opportunity In Fund for $60 million. Whereas Incuspaze has not remarked on its plans regarding IPO, the strategic capital from the IIOF hints at a conclusive public listing roadmap as the investment company hugely invests in IPO-bound firms. Also, recently Awfis, a coworking startup became the first startup in India to get enrolled on the stock exchange.
