Arpit Khandelwal and Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited ("Plutus") have invested Rs. 23.22 Cr in CastNX Private Limited ("CastNX"), a leading deep-tech firm in power electronics. Arpit has also purchased shares from current shareholders through secondary acquisition. CastNX's goal of creating affordable and energy-efficient power electronics solutions will be expedited by this significant investment.

A deep-tech startup called CastNXPvt. Ltd. is transforming power electronics. CastNX is well-positioned to promote innovation and sustainability in the power electronics sector because to its India Design Centre (IDC) in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and partnerships with IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, and IIT Delhi.

Arpit Khandelwal and Ramesh Siyani are the promoters of Plutus Investments and Holding Private Limited, a Plutus Group company.
