Edgehax, an Edge AI computing startup, has raised  Rs 1.39 crore in a seed round led, Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The fresh capital will be utilized to scale up manufacturing, speed up product innovation, and expand into international markets, including Singapore, the US, and Europe.

Prabhu Stavarmath and Savitri Patil founded in 2025 , Edgehax develops modular edge hardware that integrates compute, connectivity, and storage into a single board. Its platform empowers startups, OEMs, and enterprises to build hardware solutions faster while reducing dependence on overseas supply chains.

Currently, Edgehax caters to more than 150 enterprises and has distributed developer kits to over 100,000 students and faculty across 30 universities and IITs, strengthening India’s technology skilling ecosystem.

The company’s hardware solutions are deployed in industrial gateways, autonomous vehicles, humanoid robots, drones, defense systems, and 4G/5G connectivity infrastructure. Its proprietary operating system, DvarOS, further supports industrial edge gateways.

Edgehax has also gained recognition, winning the NXP Silicon Seeds Startup Program 2025, aimed at building affordable Edge AI compute modules for automotive and consumer IoT, and  securing the MeitY Bhashini Startup Velocity 1.0 award.

Competing with global giants like NVIDIA Jetson, Qualcomm Robotics RB5, and Raspberry Pi, Edgehax is positioning itself as India’s answer to advanced edge computing solutions.
