Delhi NCR-based dessert cafe chain FES Cafe has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round led by 12 Flags, with participation from existing investor Wolfpack Labs, the venture studio founded by Aakash Anand and Prerna Gupta.

The company had earlier raised Rs 3 crore in a seed round from Wolfpack Labs in July 2025. With the latest funding, FES Cafe plans to expand its presence across Delhi NCR, build a central production kitchen to streamline delivery and operations, and hire key talent for its next growth phase.

Founded by Vidur Mayor, FES Cafe is known for its eggless desserts, including baked cookies, puddings, and alternative-ingredient cakes, as well as savory dishes and seasonal specials. The cafes also feature arcade game zones and community events like Coffee Raves, creating a 'third space' for Gen Z and millennial customers.

Vidur Mayor, Founder and CEO of FES Cafe, said, “FES Cafe started with the belief that desserts deserve to be celebrated. With 12 Flags and Wolfpack’s support, we’re ready to take that vision to more neighborhoods and build dessert-first community cafes”.

The brand aims to open 100 stores by FY27 across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. It is also working on a hybrid COCO and FICO model and developing packaged dessert lines to scale beyond physical outlets.
