Stylework, a business with its headquarters in Gurugram, has announced a successful Series A1 fundraising of USD 2 million at a deal value of USD 20 million from institutional investors including Capriglobal Holdings, QI Ventures, and a few unknown family offices. iAngels Network, Sateeq Invest, Impactful Pitch structured syndicates, some illustrious industry mix global HNIs, and existing investor WFC all took part in the round.

Sparsh Khandelwal started Stylework in 2016. Since then, it has grown its partner coworking supply footprint from three locations to ten, then to 50+ cities, and it now operates in 80 cities. Stylework utilised the flex discovery platform method in the first years of 2017–19.

Commenting about the funding, Sparsh Khandelwal, the company's founder and CEO, said: "There is no question that the membership architectures for co-working spaces still require a lot of packaging work. We will actively work towards the same. It requires our focused product's attention to detail and deep integrations with our numerous supplier coworking brand partners to scale it and greatly impact the coworking market in this wonderful growing ecosystem in India.

A B2B SAAS marketplace model called Stylework claims to have 250+ all-category coworking and managed office operator brand partnerships and more than 2500 associated coworking spaces on its platforms throughout India.

Ayan Chatterjee, the CEO and founder of QI Ventures, added, "I think that coworking is the future of how we live and prosper together, not just the future of work. The coworking aggregation market and our portfolio brand, Stylework, are about to unleash huge growth in Indian and possibly global markets.
