Ecommerce-tech startup Graas AI has secured $9 million in a funding round led by Tin Men Capital, with additional backing from Incred Wealth, Orzon, Integra Partners, and Yuj Ventures.

The fresh capital will be invested in scaling Agent Foundry, Graas AI’s platform designed to build autonomous agents.

Prem Bhatia and Ashwin Puri launched the Singaporean company in 2022. The firm offers AI-powered agents like "Chattr," a customer support agent built on natural language processing, and "Extract," used by data engineers to provide cleaned data directly into databases or Google Sheets. The multi-agent system of the platform allows independent performance analysis and decision-making for direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace brands.

Graas AI agents solve operational issues such as customer acquisition expenses, pricing, margin management, and inventory optimization, mostly catering to commerce brands in India and Southeast Asia.

Prem Bhatia, CEO and co-founder of Graas AI said ,

Commerce doesn't require another AI copilot or a prettier dashboard. It requires agents that actually 'run' the play. After two years constructing the data backbone, Agent Foundry enables brands to act.

As of today, Graas AI hosts more than 2,000 brands, has processed over $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV), and is operational in seven countries in the region.
