
Grexa AI Raises $1.85M to Simplify Marketing for Small Businesses

Thane-headquartered marketing automation firm Grexa AI raised Rs 15.5 crore (about $1.85 million) in seed funding from Utsav Somani, DeVC (Z47's seed fund), Bharat Founders Fund, and well-known angel investors such as Revant Bhate, Vaibhav Domkundwar, Ramakant Sharma, and Sumit Gupta.
Launched in 2024 by Narendra Agrawal, Ayush Varshney, Arpit Oswal, and Ashutosh Kumar, Grexa AI is creating a strong but user-friendly AI-driven platform to assist more than 60 million Indian small and medium-sized enterprises simplify their digital marketing. The app provides enterprise-level solutions ranging from local SEO, social, online advertising, and website management via one simple-to-use interface meant for non-technologists.

At its center is a stand-alone AI engine that executes ongoing, full-funnel marketing campaigns freeing small businesses from the requirement of external agencies or complex software. Already adopted by more than 21,600 local businesses from salons and gyms to cafés and clinics Grexa is poised to become the de facto standard for India's digitally aspirational small business segment.
The newly raised capital will be invested in product development and market expansion, as Grexa aims to further democratize digital growth among India's underpenetrated entrepreneurs. The firm seeks to revolutionize the way small businesses interact and develop online using intelligent, scalable, and automated marketing platforms.
