GreyLabs AI, a Bengaluru based voice AI startup transforming customer interactions in India's banking and financial services industry, has raised Rs 85 crore (approximately $9.6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital. Existing investor Z47 and several angel investors also participated in the round.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s research and development, grow its team, and scale operations across Bengaluru and Delhi. GreyLabs plans to onboard over 300 BFSI clients and handle billions of monthly customer interactions as it strengthens its footprint in the sector.

Founded in 2023 by Aman Goel, Harshita Srivastava, Shivam Gupta, Raj Sanghavi, Debabrata Basak, and Shreyas Patel, GreyLabs AI focuses on building agentic voice AI platforms that automate and humanize customer engagement. Its technology integrates voice, speech, and email analytics into a unified automation stack, improving efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance for banks, insurers, and NBFCs.

The company’s next-generation multilingual voice AI agents can manage tasks such as sales, collections, customer service, renewals, and verification calls, offering seamless communication across India’s diverse linguistic landscape.
