Hanto Workspaces, a provider of managed commercial real estate solutions, recently raised Rs 15 crore in funding through a mix of equity and debt. Spearheaded by Anurag Jain, the founder of KredX, and supported by several angel investors across India, this investment signifies a noteworthy achievement for the company. Hanto intends to deploy this financial boost to drive its nationwide growth and expansion initiatives.

Established in 2019 by Aashit Verma, Hanto presently manages around 70 office spaces in Bengaluru, serving prominent clients like CRED and Chaipoint. With plans to broaden its reach, the firm aims to expand into Tier II cities such as Hyderabad and Pune within the next five years, forecasting a revenue surge surpassing Rs 700 crore by 2028.

Verma explained, "The raised funds will primarily support team expansion and the acquisition of new properties. Our roadmap involves doubling our revenue in FY2023-24, leveraging the strong demand in the commercial real estate sector." This funding round not only strengthens Hanto's financial position but also enhances its capacity to address the increasing demands in the commercial real estate sector, aligning with their strategic vision for significant growth and market leadership in the foreseeable future.
