Healthcare Marketing Startup Doceree lifts Rs.113.5 crore in Series B

Healthcare marketing and pharmaceutical advertising startup Doceree has elevated Rs. 113.5 crore (probably $13.6 million) from Creaegis in Series B, an Indian Private equity company.

The Docree board has delivered a special proposal to issue 10 equity and 2, 4300 CCPS at an issue price of Rs. 4,672 per share to elevate Rs. 113.5 crore, as per the company’s regulatory filing documented in Registrar of Companies shows.

Prominently, the startup has received its first investment from Local India firm. Earlier to this round, Doceree had utilized its allotting unit in the United States to obtain all the financial support. Also, the startup has bagged $11 million previously in its Series A funding round directed by Eight Road Ventures in the financial year 2022.

The just four-year-old New-age startup Doceree intends to power up the life sciences and pharma companies and media agencies with solution in health sector that tap Health care professionals – HCPs on their extended network systems to succeed improved outcomes in patient health.

In the month of May previous year, the startup Doceree partnered up with Hello Health group to venture into eight countries in the southeast region such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, Philippines & Taiwan.

According to the startup data intelligence platform, TheKredible, Doceree reported 60 percent improvement in its operational revenue to Rs.26.6 crore in the financial year 2023 from Rs.16.6 crore in the financial year 2022. Throughout the period, the overall losses of the startup raised to just Rs.1.53 crore from Rs.38 lakh.
