According to Vaaree’s regulatory filing, which can be accessed through the Registrar of Companies, the company’s board has approved a special resolution to issue 3,063 pre-series A CCPS at a price of Rs. 67,856 per unit to raise Rs. 20.78 crore, or $2.5 million.
Capier Investments pumped in Rs. 12.47 crore while Surge ventures contributed Rs. 8.31 crore in the pre-series A. The organization is probably going to get more finances in a similar round.
