
Jobizo Raises Rs 12 Crore to Fix Healthcare Hiring with AI Precision

Healthtech HR startup Jobizo raised Rs 12 crore in a pre-Series A round led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from Alkemi Ventures. The funds will be used to push the company's product innovation, team growth, marketing, and working capital needs.
Started in December 2021 by Naveen Trehan and Avishek Agarwal, Jobizo solves for the most pressing healthcare staffing challenges emergency short-term positions to system-wide inefficiencies. Jobizo links hospitals and healthcare facilities with pre-screened medical professionals for temporary as well as permanent positions.
Jobizo has facilitated 18,500+ temporary assignments, 875+ permanent placements, and more than 1,000 international job matches, establishing a verified pool of over 60,000 healthcare professionals.
CEO Avishek Agarwal said the new capital would facilitate deepening Jobizo's technology infrastructure and enhance its reach in both domestic and international markets. With a strong focus on AI-powered, real-time job matching, Jobizo aims to simplify the hiring process and provide flexible, high-quality opportunities to healthcare professionals.
With operations in metropolitan cities such as Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, and providing permanent employment across India, the platform is also present in more than 41 countries, including the UAE, South Africa, Kenya, and Nepal.

With the Indian healthcare recruitment market anticipated to expand to $6.38–$12.76 billion by 2030 and the global market to $62–$65 billion Jobizo seeks to be a force for change in addressing the talent deficit with scalable, digital-first recruitment.
Vinay Bansal, Inflection Point Ventures' founder, pointed out that Jobizo is providing a pressing healthcare need: efficient, effective hiring. "Healthcare is plagued by a serious manpower mismatch. Jobizo's digital platform is assisting in filling this gap by accelerating hiring, making it flexible, and intelligent," he added.
