JSW One Raises Rs 575 Crore to Boost B2B & MSME Finance

JSW One Platforms, the B2B ecommerce arm of JSW Group, has raised Rs 575 crore in a fresh funding round. The round saw participation from State Bank of India (SBI), Principal Asset Management, Group Company JSW Steel, OneUp, International Conveyors, and Scarlett Ventures. This funding round, which kicked off in May, brings the company's valuation to around Rs 8,575 crore.

The company will use the capital to scale its digital infrastructure, expand its logistics and distribution footprint, and grow its non-banking financial company (NBFC) unit, JSW One Finance. This NBFC arm offers tailored financing solutions to small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), helping them with working capital and credit access. Currently managing assets worth Rs 100 crore, the NBFC aims to scale to Rs 500 crore by the end of the year.

JSW One Platforms, founded in 2021, operates two core verticals, JSW One Distribution and JSW One Finance. While one focuses on material supply and logistics for manufacturing and construction firms, the other delivers financial support through customised credit offerings. The platform reported a gross merchandise value (GMV) of Rs 12,567 crore and revenue of Rs 3,976 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2025.

Gaurav Sachdeva,CEO of JSW One Platforms, stated that a significant portion of the funding would be allocated to enhance real time integration across the supply chain linking stock points, manufacturing hubs, and delivery systems to ensure efficient service. The company is also working towards an IPO in the next 18 to 24 months as it strengthens its position in India’s industrial and manufacturing ecosystem.
