Bengaluru-based startup LatentForce has raised $1.7 million in a seed funding round Co-led by Ideaspring Capital and Yali Capital. The investment will help the AI-native platform strengthen its proprietary migration models and expand operations across India and internationally.

Founded in 2024, LatentForce is building an Agentic AI platform focused on large-scale enterprise code migrations and software modernization, a market currently valued at $22.7 billion and projected to surpass $50 billion by 2031. Unlike most AI coding tools designed for individual developers, LatentForce’s system uses task-specific Small Language Models (SLMs) to handle complex legacy code transformations efficiently and securely. The platform can reduce migration time, cost, and risk by up to 80 percent, making enterprise modernization scalable and commercially viable.

Aravind Jayendran, Founder and CEO of LatentForce, said, “Enterprises today are often weighed down by decades of technical debt. Modernizing legacy systems is not just coding; it’s a full system transformation”. Vinay Kyatham, Co-founder and CTO added, “We provide deterministic pipelines and built-in security to give teams control and confidence during large-scale migrations”.

The startup is already gaining traction among BFSI and SaaS enterprises in India and the U.S., assisting in overhauling mission-critical and sensitive codebases. Investors see LatentForce as a category-defining company capable of transforming enterprise software modernization with AI-driven precision and compliance.
