Mave Healh cracks a funding deal of Rs. 6 crore led by All-In Capital & iSeed Fund

Bengaluru-based mental healthtech startup, Mave Health has just raised Rs. 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by All-In Capital and Utsav Somani’s iSeed Fund. The funding round also witnessed participation from marquee investors, including Bharat Founders Fund, Deepinder Goyal of Zomato, Kunal Shah of CRED, Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal of Ultrahuman.

Few notable investors namely, Gaurav Agarwal of TATA 1mg, Nandan Reddy of Swiggy, and Rohan Verma of BreatheWellBeing, Nikhil Kant of Even, Harsh Shah of Fynd, Neel Mehta of Studio Carbon, Nitin Mehrotra of Dressfolk, Himanshu Aggarwal of SHL, along with Vikrampati Singhania from JK Family Office, Gaurang Patel and Pradeep Patel from Amaanta Family office, and Rajan Dube.

Representatives from the creator industry, such as Ganesh Prasad and Parsh Kothari of ThinkSchool, Shlok Srivastava of TechBurner, Neel Gogia and Naim Siddiqui, also participated in the pre-seed round among others, also participated in the funding round.

The company Mave Health was established by Aman Kumar, Dhawal Jain and Jai Sharma, in 2023. The company was started with a mission to build human-centric evidence based programs for mental well-being. The startup’s flagship product Arc is designed to improve brain health and treat depression. The device is developed in collaboration with a team of top experts, including neuroscientists, psychiatrists, and psychologists from Harvard Medical School, Maastricht University and other leading research institutes.

Throughout the past few months, during the beta phase, more than 1000 individuals have used Arc and have seen substantial improvements in their depression symptoms. The technology behind Arc has been studied for over two decades and shows promising results in cognitive improvement and depression treatment.

The company has designed a 12-week program for its user, where they get unlimited sessions where the users can interact with mental health experts, doctors, nutritionists, and fitness coaches. The company believes that, their comprehensive care model assured that mental well-being of users is supported from multiple angles, integrating seamlessly into their lifestyles.

Kushal Bhagia of All-In Capital said, "One in every seven Indians suffers from mental health problems, often undiagnosed. Add problems like stress plus poor lifestyle habits and the number balloons even higher. Most patients fear psychiatric drugs and treatments due to their known side effects and the associated social stigma. Mave Health is building a fully non-invasive, self-managed wearable to tackle this problem head-on."
