Bold Care, a men's sexual wellness brand, has secured $5 million in Series A funding. The investment round included participation from Rainmatter (Nithin Kamath), Mithun & Siddhartha Sacheti (CaratLane founders), AVT Group, the Dhanani family (Sayaji Hotels), Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund, MGA Ventures LLP, Claris Capital, NB Ventures, and AP Partners.

The company plans to use the funds to enhance its research and development efforts and expand its digital presence. Bold Care offers a range of products, including lubes, contraceptives, hair care items, and perfumes, sold through its D2C websites, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

In late 2022, Bold Care launched Bloom, a sister brand focused on women's personal and sexual wellness.

Bold Care has experienced significant growth, reporting a 250% increase in the past year and achieving a Rs. 100 crore annual recurring revenue (ARR) by the end of last year, making it the largest new-age men's sexual health brand in India.

Growth has been seen across its product categories, including delay sprays, condoms, lubes, and Shilajit products.

According to RoC filings, the company generated Rs. 33 crore in operating revenue in FY24, with a loss of Rs. 19.3 crore.

Founded in 2020 by Rajat Jadhav, Mohit Yadav, and Rahul Krishnan, Bold Care competes with other D2C brands in the sexual wellness market, such as Peppy, Plush, and MyMuse, seeking to destigmatize conversations around sexual health.
