Before filing the RHP, the firm may contemplate a Pre-IPO placement of INR 60 crore to lower the amount of the fresh issue.
After data analytics business LatentView, Course5i would be India's second deeptech startup to list on Indian stock markets.

Analytics for risk, finance, and operations are among Course5i's out-of-domain knowledge work areas for some clients.
Course5 Intelligence will also open Course5 AI Labs in Bengaluru and Toronto in September 2021 as innovation, research, and development centres.
