Course5 Intelligence (or Course5i), a Mumbai-based pure-play data analytics and insights business, has filed its drafts red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an INR 600 crore initial public offering (IPO).

Before filing the RHP, the firm may contemplate a Pre-IPO placement of INR 60 crore to lower the amount of the fresh issue.

After data analytics business LatentView, Course5i would be India's second deeptech startup to list on Indian stock markets.

Founded in 2007, Course5 Intelligence is a digital transformation company that uses analytics, insights, and artificial intelligence to provide consumer customization based on user preferences and data (AI).

The company has significant domain experience in the areas of technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged products, and retail. It has also provided analytics and insights services to businesses such as financial services, utilities, automobiles, and industrial products.

Analytics for risk, finance, and operations are among Course5i's out-of-domain knowledge work areas for some clients.

Course5 Intelligence will also open Course5 AI Labs in Bengaluru and Toronto in September 2021 as innovation, research, and development centres.

Delhivery, BYJU'S, OYO, PharmEasy, Ola, Flipkart, Pine Labs, Swiggy, and others are among the firms looking to go public in 2022-25.

The next several years will be the largest litmus test for Indian entrepreneurs, with the cream of the ecosystem trying to go public.
