PadCare Labs Raises Pre-Seed Funding from Tech Startp Incubator Venture Center

PadCare Labs, a sanitary napkin disposal and recycling solution provider has raised an undisclosed amount in pre-seed funding round from tech startup incubator Venture Center under BIRAC’s LEAP Fund. The fresh infusion of funds will be used to grow capabilities in R&D, operations, team expansion, manufacturing and expanding the market footprint said an official company statement.

Founded in 2018 by AjinkyaDhariya, PadCare Labs tackles the pressing issue of sanitary waste disposal. The firm has developed the world's first solution for smokeless sanitary napkin disposal and recycling.

PadCare’sUV-C based products SANECO and UVECO ensure proper disposal of sanitary napkins with minimal hassle. The Pune based startup has recently been awarded as the winner of the Innovation Challenge by Villgroand Family Planning Association of India (FPAI).

In a statement, the company mentioned that it aims to provide end-to-end MHM solutions to B2B enterprises using its subscription-based business model.
