Pharmarack bags USD 3Mn in Series A Funding Round

Team StartupcityPune-based tech-driven healthcare startup Pharmarack raised fund of USD 3 million in Series A funding round. IvypCap Ventures, an entrepreneur-centric venture capitalist firm invested in the company. It also acquired significant amount of fund from Unicorn India Ventures and Patni Group’s Currae Healthtech Fund among investors.

at affordable prices to the right pharmacies is a critical mission for us at Pharmrack. The next 18-24 months are very exciting for us as we are on a verge of scaling the offerings and footprints across the country.”

The company claims that Vikram Gupta, Managing Partner, IvyCap Ventures will join Pharmarack as part of the deal. Vikram added that the company has built a strong foundation for the next phase of growth and with the fund receive now it will set its path to scale up tremendously and create value in the market.

Pharmarack offers efficient, profitable and quick plug & play solutions for retailers, distributers and manufacturers. Their services ease the process of order-taking by automating the system. It is also transparent in providing operational information like warehouse records, payment arnd credits among others.

The startup plans to utilize the fund for further network expansion and including a wide range of services to its portfolio to enhance the healthcare sector.
