Inkers Technology raised $3 million in a Series A funding round led by Ashish Kasholia from Lucky Investments.

There was $2.03 million raised from Sailing Stones Technologies and others.

Inkers said in a press release that the proceeds will be used to expand its reach and improve its product offerings.

Inkers, co-founded by Rohan Shravan, Manish Giri, and Srikanth Kannada, aims to propel the digital transformation of the construction sector, addressing critical obstacles and facilitating sustainable expansion for infrastructure projects across India and beyond. An extensive and integrated video processing pipeline that optimizes the incoming data is created by the company.

The company's flagship product, Observance, is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to process complex construction data such as point cloud data. Construction teams can proactively identify potential issues, streamline workflows, and achieve significant time and cost savings by enabling rapid and precise conversion into Building Information Modeling.

As-built 3D models enriched with thermal maps enable faster resolution of BIM conflicts, real-time construction updates, and early identification of structural flaws with Observance. Comprehensive analytics, as-built models, defect reports, and schedule updates can be generated within 24-48 hours after the platform scans up to 100,000 square feet of construction area.

Inkers declares that its product has already been deployed across over 150 sites in Bangalore, NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad, scanning over 250 million square feet of construction area and processing over 2 petabytes of data.
