
Prowrrap Raises Rs 4 Crore Seed Round to Simplify B2B Procurement

- Seed round led by Calance Software and Amit Govil
- Plans Series A raise in 18–24 months for rapid scale-up

Delhi-based B2B procurement startup Prowrrap has raised Rs 4 crore in a Seed funding round led Calance Software Pvt Ltd and Amit Govil.
The funds will be used to strengthen its technology for smarter procurement, expand distribution networks across India, and deepen its presence in sectors such as quick commerce, fresh and natural produce (FnV), e-commerce, and MSMEs.

Founded in 2024 by brothers Sagar K. Saxena and Rishabh K. Saxena, Prowrrap functions as a design-to-distribution procurement platform, streamlining supply chain operations for MSMEs and high-growth enterprises. The startup already serves clients across tier-I and select tier-II cities and now aims to expand to 25 cities by the next fiscal year.
Its unified platform addresses procurement bottlenecks with a focus on speed, quality, and cost efficiency, offering MSMEs and enterprises a reliable growth partner.
According to market research, India’s packaging industry is currently valued at $101 billion and is projected to reach $170 billion by 2030, while adjacent sectors such as warehouse automation are expected to grow at a 16% CAGR.
