Founded in August 2020, Let’s Dive is a platform for remote engagement and team building. The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs Nitesh Agarwal and Om Prakash. An IIT Bombay grad, Nitesh was the founder of Indiez, where he built a community of 10,000+ engineers from 50+ countries and was one of the first 100 percent remote organization. Drawing learnings from the experience, he founded Lets Dive with the objective of facilitating meaningful interactions to create a strong culture of collaboration within organizations while employees work remotely.
Speaking about the investment, Nitesh Agrawal, Co-founder, Let’s Dive, said, “Let’s Dive has already gained strong traction and attracted hundreds of teams to our platform without any marketing. The product’s experience is so unique that teams feel connected within a few hours of usage. With the funding and partnership from Sequoia Capital India’s Surge, as well as investors such as Village Global, we look forward to rolling out Let’s Dive to businesses globally to help them create the best possible remote team culture.”
Let’s Dive is one of the 17 early stage startups that have been selected for Sequoia Capital’s rapid scale-up programme Surge. The fourth cohort of Surge was announced in November and it includes startups from across various verticals.
