Revenue-based finance firm GetVantage raises $36 million from Varanium Nexgen, others
GetVantage, a revenue-based finance platform (RBF), has raised $36 million in funding led by Varanium Nexgen Fintech Fund, DMI Sparkle Fund, and returning investors Chiratae Ventures and Dream Incubator Japan.
Other new investors who participated include Sony Innovation Fund, InCred Capital, and Haldiram’s Family Office, amongst others.

The capital infusion is expected to drive growth of the firms’ performance-based financing solution and embedded finance products, enhance technology infrastructure, scale its product suite to meet the evolving needs of fast-growing digital businesses, expand their growing portfolio of B2B SaaS and subscription-driven businesses, and explore new-market opportunities across Southeast Asia.

GetVantage’s RBF marketplace has funded over $270 million in gross merchandise value (GMV) for over 350 brands across different categories, including B2B SaaS, subscription businesses, D2C, eCommerce, edtech, etc.
The company provides founders anywhere between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 5 crore of non-dilutive growth capital compared with traditional funding sources, which require business owners to dilute equity or give control via board seats, or warrants.
In 2021, GetVantage saw a 300% year-on-year growth and helped brands achieve an average 1.8 times the revenue growth post funding. GetVantage has built a diverse portfolio that includes clients such as Arata, BoldCare, Eat Better, Jade Forest, Naagin, Nua Wellness, Rage Coffee, Sid Farms, Zymrat, among others.
