SaaS platform Innovapptive raises funding led by Vista Equity Partners

Innovapptive Inc., a SaaS-based worker platform with its headquarters in Hyderabad, revealed on Tuesday that it has raised a Series B investment sponsored by international investment company Vista Equity Partners. Tiger Global Management, an existing investor, also took part in the round. Innovapptive will use the investment to quicken product innovation, expand into new geographic areas, and solidify its position as the industry leader in the developing connected worker software category.

"Vista has extensive knowledge of scaling emerging technologies and enterprise software enterprises. Sundeep Ravande, the company's CEO, said, "We are excited to have them lead our Series B investment and work with our team to grow and scale our vision, product innovation, and go-to-market initiatives. According to Ravande, the collaboration will improve the platform's abilities to connect with corporate systems, gather useful information, suggest improvements in safety and productivity, and reduce the gap between resources and people.

Vista's Endeavour Fund invested in Innovapptive. This fund offers growth financing and strategic support to market-leading, fast-growing enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses that have generated at least $10 million in recurring revenue. The Vista Senior Vice President Ben Benson will become a member of the board of directors for Innovapptive.
