Shreetech Secures $ 4.5Million to Boost Data & Power Infrastructure Expansion

Mumbai-headquartered digital infrastructure company Shreetech Data has raised $4.5 million from Aarii Ventures, the investment vehicle of the Kothari family, and Cello Family Office. The capital will be utilized to scale up its converged operations across data centers, power infrastructure, as well as on-site equipment production.

Shreetech provides complete infrastructure solutions from design to construction, technical audits, IT integration, and lifecycle management. Its business is structured across three main verticals: data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and production of mission-critical components.

The firm has executed over 100 data center projects and has over 500 MW of approved power capacity. Its manufacturing facility manufactures critical infrastructure products such as LV switchboards, intelligent PDUs, cable management systems, and data center ceiling systems under its own Datalix brand. This backward integration allows Shreetech to ensure quality, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery schedules.

Within the data center space, Shreetech undertakes turnkey projects encompassing civil and MEP work, IT networking, integration of cloud and cybersecurity, and smart city infrastructure. Within power infrastructure, its portfolio comprises transmission lines, substations, and rail electrification schemes.

The company's performance is impressive, with revenue jumping from Rs 88 crore in FY21 to Rs 613 crore in FY25, a CAGR of 62%, driven primarily by its data infrastructure business.
