StockGro Set to Raise Series B at $362 Million Valuation

StockGro, the Bengaluru-based social investment and stock market advisory platform, is preparing to launch its Series B funding round at a post-money valuation of over $362 million. The company is set to raise Rs 150 crore ($17 million) in a mix of fully paid and partly paid shares.
The round will be led by well-known investor Mukul Mahavir Agarwal, who will infuse Rs 104 crore, including Rs 50 crore through partly paid-up shares. Of this, Rs 12.5 crore has already been paid, with the remainder due upon a call from the board. Other key contributors include Sanshi Fund and Neo Apex Share Broking, each investing Rs 10 crore, and Valiant Mauritius Partners with Rs 6 crore. Additional investments will come from Ajay T. Jaisinghani, Uphar Homfin, Hem Securities, Gaurav Jain, Vijay Khetan, and several angel investors.
This funding follows StockGro’s Rs 50 crore debt round from Trifecta Capital in September 2025. According to regulatory filings, the board has approved the issuance of 12,707 Series B CCPS priced at Rs 78,668 each and 6,356 Series B1 partly paid-up shares worth Rs 50 crore.
Alongside the fundraise, StockGro has granted 3,966 ESOP options valued at Rs 32 crore, expanding its total ESOP pool to Rs 260 crore ($30 million).

Founded in 2020 by former VC Ajay Lakhotia, StockGro helps users learn and invest through SEBI-registered advisors, offering tools for investment planning, portfolio management, and financial education. The platform has raised about $76 million so far from investors like Bitkraft Ventures, Root Ventures, and General Catalyst.
While FY25 numbers are pending, the company reported a revenue drop to Rs 86.5 crore in FY24 from Rs 131 crore in FY23, and its losses jumped to Rs 101 crore during the same period.
