Existing investors including Sequoia Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Smash Capital, SV Angel, NFDG, and BroadLight Capital also joined the round.
The US-based company, which specializes in AI audio tools for creators, media, and businesses, is expanding its operations in India, recognizing the country as a rapidly growing hub for AI applications.
ElevenLabs is investing in local talent, technology development, and creating a leadership team to better serve its customers and partners in the region.

Founded in 2022 by former Google machine learning engineers Piotr Dąbkowski and Mateusz Staniszewski, ElevenLabs plans to use the new funding to advance research in voice AI, improve developer tools, and strengthen AI safety. The company aims to transform digital interactions into seamless, natural voice-based exchanges.
With the latest funding, ElevenLabs is now valued at $3.3 billion, a threefold increase in its valuation over the past year, bringing its total funding to $281 million across four rounds.
CEO Mati Staniszewski highlighted the importance of voice as a primary form of communication and expressed excitement about the funding moving the company closer to a world where digital interactions happen through effortless voice conversations.
David George of a16z's Growth Fund expressed enthusiasm about continuing support for ElevenLabs as it scales its AI-driven voice technology.
