1. How did you come up with the idea for this company?

I met with a business owner of a financial institute on my flight to the US who was struggling to scale his business and making losses in the trading due to a lack of precision in the order. Moreover, human limitations were a crucial problem to take frequent trades.

2. What was the hardest part in the early stages of the company’s growth?

I think the early stages of a startup are crucial and challenging parts. At that time, we were not well-versed in startup ecosystems and how it works. In most cases, we have to face challenges to run operations to run a team of developers and engineers.

3. In a few sentences, what do you offer to whom?

We have a product that provides solutions in stock trading. As a startup, we offer features like Algo Trading, Options Trading, Back Testing, and Paper Testing. Even users can create trading bots and use them for their trading strategies. Our targeted audience is people interested in the stock market and trading. Whoever is willing to start investing in the stock market but is scared to invest in it? But as an Algo trading app, we are providing solutions for that.

4. At the moment, how do you measure success? What are your metrics?

Most of our competitors provide only Algo trading and options trading services. But, through SpeedBot, users can get more features like backtesting, paper testing, no code bot building, and a bot marketplace.

5. If you weren’t building your startup, what would you be doing?

At the moment we have a good user base in the market. Currently, we are available on all platforms like Android, iOS, and Web App. Notably, we have reached 10,000+ Android app downloads, and our web app is getting more than 1000 users.

6. Where do you think your growth will be next year?

The company is bootstrapped at the moment. We are already in a traction phase and about to reach the breakeven point. We will reach a 100cr recurring revenue milestone with financing.

7. What’s your biggest threat?

First and foremost, we are looking forward to increasing our user base and b2b partners in the market. Additionally, we will soon introduce AI/ML in machine-based trading.
