Gujarat, a state with strong business acumen is making headlines as a burgeoning tech hub and startup sanctuary of India. Constantly coming out from the shadows of conventional industries, Gujarat is writing a new identity rooted in entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and technology. The Startup ecosystem of Gujarat is fueled by robust investors and angel communities as they contribute significant funding and support to startups, aiding them in streamlining their operations and expanding their outcome. The new storm of entrepreneurial innovation is flipping the state with over 12,000 startups, making the state called ‘State Home for Startups’.

What lightened-up the state to shine with successful startups?

The Government of Gujarat is taking vital steps to position the state as a key tech city of India and a central hub for startups. Strategic events, meetings, and programs are the driving force behind a lively entrepreneurial ecosystem. A presentation of those events helped the budding entrepreneurs and established startups into the state with essential resources and support which paved a pioneering way for revolutionary ideas to flourish and transform into successful ventures. They served as a groundbreaking platform for aspiring tycoons to foster networks and partnership with mentors, investors, and industry experts.

As a testament to this, the government of Gujarat hosted a fertile event, its 2nd Roadshow for the Gujarat IT/ITES policy 2022-27 in Bengaluru showcasing vital initiatives to develop a future-ready tech ecosystem.

The admired event was lit up by the esteemed speakers including Mona Khandhar, IAS Principal Secretary Department of Science and Technology, Government of Gujarat and Shri Tushar Y. Bhatt, IAS Managing Director, Gujarat Informatics. The event was further graced up by the presence of key industry leaders, senior officials and policy makers from the Gujarat government.

The astonishing feature of the event was the launch of Ganesh Housing’s flagship project Million Minds Tech City, an inventive project headed to empower Ahmedabad as a burgeoning IT and realty hub.

Spanning over 18 million square feet and being developed on a 65-acre area with a total investment of Rs. 6,000-7,000 crore. The core objective of this city is to attract interest from investors by creating a thriving ecosystem for IT/ITES firms, and startups. Also, this project aims to promote a lively community space and foster a “walk-to-walk” work culture, making the workplaces very short away from residential areas and driving a strong threshold for the real estate landscape of the state.

Key Features: Six cutting-edge tech parks, co-living spaces, luxury residencies, premium hotels, expansive shopping malls, advanced infrastructure with sustainable initiatives, green spaces, and high-end security measures.
