Startup Funding Highlights - September 2024

In a fresh round of fundraising led by 360 One Ventures, Direct to Consumer (D2C) tech accessories and lifestyle firm DailyObjects has raised Rs.86 crore, or more than $10 million. This new investment for the Gurugram-based company comes after a 30-month lapse.

The omnichannel diagnostic services Redcliffe Labs, has infused $42 million in series C funding. IFU, an investment firm based in Denmark led the round by contributing $20 million while existing investor LeapFrog invested $15 million. HealthQuad and Spark Growth Ventures contributed the remaining amount as shareholders.

Micro-lending platform Aye Finance has received Rs.250 crore ($30 million) in a Series G round headed by Singapore’s ABC Impact.

API infrastructure platform M2P Fintech has raised Rs.850 crore which is equivalent to $101.8 million, in a Series D funding round led by Helios Investment Partners.

In the month of September 2024, our home-grown startups successfully secured total funding of Rs.12,715 crores across 107 late-stage deals showing slighter decrease from the funding of August month at 13%.

Over the month, Rapido, Oyo, Whatflix, and PhysicsWallah has witnessed significant securers of huge funding.

The strategic investments happened in the entire month were not focused on capital expansion alone. Investors also poured their support to the startups in the key areas such as talent acquisition, technology growth and boosting market presence.
