Owing to his education in the advertising domain and his prolific industry experience having worked with reputed companies, Manoj has not only worked as a freelancer during the initial days of his professional journey but also used to take classes as a faculty in multimedia and designing. Envisaging the lack of guidance available to the young talents of the country, Manoj took a step ahead to establish an institute by the name of CMTES Multimedia and Animation

Institute in 2012 to nurture creativity. "Apart from training the students with novel Designing, Graphics, Branding, Websites, UI/UX, Game Assets, we assisted them with their placements as well.

After realizing that most of the students need hands-on experience and real-time knowledge to sustain themselves in the industry, we started an advertising agency Additive ads. This unique venture of ours, not only provided students with real-time projects to work on, but also guided them about the market and industry standards, how the designing to marketing has to be taken and completed off. This has also enabled us to place our students in various MNCs due to their extra knowledge and up-to-date learning.
