Inspired by his personal experience with his beloved dog, born with a congenital heart condition, and his own challenges accessing care while posted in remote areas, Pranay envisioned a world where no pet would go without the care they need, no matter where they are, or what time it is. All Tails is that world in the making, a one-stop, omni-channel platform offering hyper-personalized services across veterinary care, home visits, grooming, pharmacy, registration, and more. It’s a system designed not just to serve pets, but to uplift the entire ecosystem, from pet parents to veterinarians, retail stores, and welfare organisations.

End-to-End Ecosystem
Born out of Pranay’s experience with his pet who was born with a congestive heart failure disorder, All Tails aims to provide pet parents a platform where they can receive the care for their pets that they need. Having gone through the struggle with his own pet, he identified the gaps, especially when posted in extremely remote areas like the Indo-Pak border, and set out to fill the cracks. A completely digital platform, it connects veterinarians with pet parents to help eliminate the need for running around to varied vets, even in remote areas.

“Our mission is simply to revolutionize pet care by making it seamless, making it accessible for every body, making it very personal, and ensuring that every pet parent has the network he can bank upon whatever is needed by him”, shares Pranay Panwar, Founder, All Tails.

Envisioned and designed as a comprehensive, hyperpersonalized pet care ecosystem, the platform offers a range of services including veterinary consultations which includes SOS consultations to address urgent and immediate concerns and provide immediate care, and scheduled consultations where pet parents and book appointments with specialists for varied health concerns. Apart from this, pet parents can also leverage the unique home services that All Tails offers. Encompassing a bunch of services like grooming, walking, administering vaccines, and much more, these services lead vets and nursing staff and other pertinent service providers to the pet parents’ home, allowing the pet to remain in their comfort zone. A marketplace has also been integrated at the platform from where pet parents can purchase products for their beloved pets.

The platform simplifies purchasing medications prescribed by the vets through the pharmacy section which can be delivered in roughly forty minutes at the doorstep. The platform also offers an E-health card which digitizes the pet’s health records, and will eventually be completely automated, containing the pet’s complete medical history. Through this special health card containing an ID and QR code, the platform aims to streamline record keeping, allowing pet parents to have the complete medical history of their pet at their fingertips at all times. These records will also help eliminate the need for carrying extensive vaccine certifications during travels.

An extensive data repository allows vets and medical professionals to share blogs and educational videos, adding a reliable resource for pet parents to learn intensive pet care practices. In partnership with NGOs and with a team of lawyers, the business also provides resources for anyone to report an animal abuse incident and intervenes to rescue the pet from such conditions and place them in safe environments. The rescued pets are placed with the NGOs that take care of them, and help them overcome the challenges they have encountered.

We are focused on utilizing the right technology that is needed in this industry”, says Pranay, “now imagine if in an animal any ailment is being detected, well in time, you're actually leading to increasing their lifespan by intervening in time. That is what we aspire to achieve”, he adds.
