Modern age digital solution channelizes the doors to endless possibilities but exposes to cybersecurity issues and students should be introduced to this knowledge. Today, most institutions must create a secure corporate brand identity but lack an efficient communication platform. The co-founders Amey Bawne & Sachin Dhakate, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, having interacted with over 1000 Principals, SMEs and 2000 parents set their foot in developing unique systems.

“We strongly believe that every revolution starts with small changes, no matter how miniscule we are in this world,” mentions Amey. Founded in 2012, Appsoft Infosystem started its operation on a humble note by conducting training and consultation sessions for Maharashtra Police, conferences for corporate, K-12 and higher education institutes.

curriculum, conducting safety audits for institutions and organizations. Driven by innovation and change, in 2016, the company led their foundation stone to set up an in-house development floor. Services like iREACH – Digital marketing and iPORTAL – web services and customized application development were started. The indigenous development of iHOPE – Hands on Computer Curriculum, iSYNCERP platform - designed for organizations and institutions helped to establish concurrent real- time connectivity with their stakeholders. iSYNCERP helps client's to focus on their core competency and boosts their business to a whole new level. Sachin says “The results were not immediate but were promising, as we could see our client list growing with 92 percent of renewal YoY and that speaks about our quality services imparted.” Appsoft has successfully implemented solutions in Singapore, UK and ongoing development for other regions.

The Company created iQUEST-an assessment platform for schools and individuals, focus being K-12 segment. Appsoft organizes Cyber Olympiad PAN India, on the theme of young security expert that tests students from 1st to 10th on computer curriculum and security essentials. Amey says,“Till this day, our services and solutions focus on

timely delivery, excellent user interface and affordable solutions transpiring in cost savings for the client in the long run.”

The Growth Way Forward
Since the inception days, Appsoft has had a steady growth. In the FY 2015-16, the company witnessed increased revenue by 60 percent(INR 0.9 million). In 2016-2017 there was 100 percent revenue growth (INR 1.9 million). In the last fiscal year Appsoft witnessed threefold growth in the figures to INR 5 million attributed to quality service. Workforce wise, the team is expected to grow to 100+ employees in the next two years. “We encourage new ideas from our young generation and bring them into reality. In fact, we are building to integrate AR, VR ad AI into our offerings through technology partners. Our next phase of the cloud-based system will have integration of IoT for real-time analytics. We are estimating a strong growth in hands-on learning activity programs,” concludes Sachin, optimistically.
