Recently Apricitas has received the Start-up recognition from Govt of India. The company is also affiliated to the NISBUD and MSSDS for the skill development program. Apricitas supports 10+ MNCs directly and indirectly for onsite projects in the field of automotive domain. Mentored by Mr. Ravhee Pawar who has 35+ Industry experience and has worked in the USA. “This helps us to connect the companies in the USA to get the business opportunities and also involve in the pre-sales activities to support us. We have another friend in Canada which will help us to understand the Canadian market for business opportunities,” he mentions.
The team is currently planning to train 500+ candidates every year by gradually incremental number and planning to place them in local and international market by providing the skill standard as per the International standard. To achieve this number, the company is likely to start training centre in 10 cities of Maharashtra in the next five years.
“In contractual employment, we are planning to maintain average30 resources at our customer location in local market and average 10 resources at overseas location in next five years. We are planning to establish an offshore design centre with 50+ resources with state of the art infrastructure as per the International standard. We are targeting the annual revenue of INR 15 Cr in next five years,” he concludes.
