He further adds, “Conceiving a game involves going through a meticulous journey from brainstorming to developing and finally launching. Once launched, we make the changes to the games as per the initial feedback we get from the users. We are extremely conscious of what our users are saying and have built pipelines to regularly listen to them, which has helped us improvise and enhance the experience continuously be it gameplay or for transactions. For instance previously, our multisports gaming platform was not optimized as per some games, and we did receive strong feedback that helped us identify the pain points and eventually solve them.”
