Being familiar with the industry for almost 12 years, Hemang was quick to understand the nuisances associated with material handling solutions and he made up his mind to solve it with the best service support in the industry. In course of his decision, Krunal Patel–an experienced professional from the same industry came forward and joined hands with him. Eventually,they created a modular conveyor system with the latest technology for the material handling applications in the industry.This marked the beginning of Conveline Systems.

The Journey towards Success
With a small yet nimble team,Conveline designed its first conveyor for an automotive parts manufacturing plant which had automatic material transporting issues due to non-identical material shapes. Throwing light on, Hemang says, “They realised that there is a big market gap between the domestic and international market for the conveyor automation. So the directors decided to solve the same issue in the automotive segment and built up some difficult conveyor systems for the automotive unit.”

By 2015, team Conveline Systems bagged several projects in the automotive segment. In fact, the same year they acquired their first export order from the automotive plant manufacturing company in China and began exporting to international markets.s. We have been following a step by step growth since inception. Thanks to the team work! he mentions.
Progressively, the company began exporting in the U.A.E. market and embarked on attending exhibitions in the domestic markets to gain more visibility. In 2017, the team began developing products for conveyor automation and supplied those to industries such as Food, Pharma, Personal care, Edible oil, Lubrication oil, Beverages, Dairy, and others. “This year, we have designed vertical product handling solution for the edible oil industry and supplied in many reputed companies. We have been following a step by step growth since inception. Thanks to the team work! he mentions.

The Silver Lining
What makes Conveline Systems stand out in the crowd are its modular conveyor system, flexible conveyor system and vertical product handling conveyor system with the space saving application.“Conveline conveyor systems always come with the space saving concept, with modularity flexibility &reusability, and with the maintenance free equipments,” informs Hemang. In order to stay ahead of the competition, the team is in the process of developing few specialised New Conveyor Systems and has plans “patent” design it in the near future.

Over the years, the company has recorded growth in terms of revenue, manpower and clients. Hemang adds, “At present, we have more than 50 clients including India and overseas location. We have bought new land in Ahmedabad location for the expansion of the factory premises and for the corporate office.”
