Ashok Kannadasan is the Founder of Instrive Softlabs. He has an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering
and hails from the district of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. Ashok started his career in the year 2010 as a web developer in a start-up and grew to become a Product Architect. Over these years, he had a vision of becoming an entrepreneur and started working on several of his own products which include a wide range of real-time communication features. It was only in July 2019 that he started off with Instrive Softlabs Pvt Limited and started providing development services for overseas clients. Since then, Ashok and his team have developed several international, enterprisegrade products for its clients.
Operational Excellence
There is a step by step process that the company follows while service any client. It has a dedicated product architecture and UX team that comes into play in the beginning. These two teams sit with clients and get complete understanding of their requirements. It is only after that round of discussion that the company actually starts the development of the program. "Something we concentrate the most on is maintaining the perfect user flow for any mobile application development we do. It is the user flow that becomes the primary matter of concern while developing an application. It is a different thing to develop an application from an idea but a whole different ball game when you integrate an user friendly interface to it. We have completed several projects in the same manner and have gained a lot of customer trust through that", mentions Ashok.
The Road Ahead
The company was incepted in the year of 2019 and since the growth graph has been upward for it. It has most served clients based out of Singapore who function in domains like banking, ERP and others. It is currently operating from Chennai and has a very strong team of skilled professionals. "Looking ahead we want to build another office in Trichi and expand our operations. We are also in the process of building a video conferencing software that will be one of the most advanced in this domain until now. We will also expand our geographical reach to other countries and cater to more global demand", concludes Ashok.
