The ideation of Executive 81 dates back to a time when Rishi and Vinay were working together with SCORG International. This gave them the much needed confidence to set up their own venture and build a true global organization in recruitment space “When wanted to do something in Lateral & Leadership Recruitment Space,so we came up with name Executive and as we were born in year 1981 we took 81 and named our business Executive81. However, the whole idea is to build eight solutions on one platform in recruitment business, which will touch 100 Million Lives in India and Globally” informs Rishi.

In 2012 with a personal loan of INR 5lacs to run the business and there was no revenue for the first four monthswe acquired our first customer after 4 months. Unfortunately, with no cash flow, the team decided to raise funds and met around 75+ investors but nothing clicked. Eventually, things fell into place with support from friends and family and since then there was no looking back. “We have had our own shares of ups and downs but one thing that remained constant was learning from our mistakes,” he says.
