Electric vehicles on our roads are going to increase. As part of the Central government's Faster Adoption and Manufacture of Electric Vehicles (FAME) scheme, there is an allocation of close to Rs 1,500 crore for 2019-20, Rs 5,000 crore in 2020-21, and Rs 3,500 crore in 2021-22.
