From CA to Business Owner

Sante Spa was established as a result of Sonal’s vision, passion, and determination towards fitness and health. The epitome of dedication, she identified a gap in the market for healthy dining options, taking the bold step of establishing a venture that redefined the concept of healthy eating. Through this venture, she aims to provide customers with a one-of-a-kind experience, where the freshest, organic, wholesome, natural, and healthy ingredients are combined with the knowledge and expertise of creating delectable foods, that satiate one’s cravings in a simplistic manner.

Started as a 40 cover restaurant, and now with 220 covers it has expediently expanded across five major cities in India including Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad, and emerged as a highly sought-after healthy foods brand in the
health conscious food industry. Catering to diverse dietary lifestyles, the brand stands out for its innovative approach in curating the varied menu options using produce and ingredients that are locally produced, and steeped in natural goodness.

“My entrepreneurial journey is the manifestation of my strong belief that it's never too late to discover one's calling. I overcame societal norms and challenges to establish a successful career path. This venture is not just a business but a mission to transform the way people perceive healthy food. Moreover, my entrepreneurial pursuits extend towards the mission of women empowerment. I ensure that Sante Spa Cuisine is not only a place for healthy eating but also a platform for fostering female entrepreneurship. At Sante Spa, consumers can find a vibrant menu, comprising of freshly made salads, wholesome smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and diverse starters & entrees. The juices offered are mostly detox, energizing, and refreshing. Some unique items offered by the restaurant include ragi base pizzas, and a diverse array of protein-rich, high-fiber, and amino-rich foods.

Sante also offers varied shakes made of soya, almond, coconut, and fresh A2 milk, along with several guiltfree desserts made with natural sweeteners.

“We give an Honestly Healthy makeover to your daily food habits. Sante procures the freshest and wherever possible organic ingredients, greens, and microgreens from best of the farms and local businesses around. The restaurant also uses a lot of unrefined, non-white produce to get you the earthy flavours which are authentic to our roots”, further shares Sonal.
