It has tie-ups with a few hotels across the Northeast where the travel agents help in bookings. It also has a reservation office in Kolkata, and the major chunk of bookings comes from digital marketing. Hill Peak helps the tourists with pick up and drop facilities from the airport, stations to their respective hotels in and around the hilly areas. It provides local sightseeing along with inter-State transfer and all major attractions in Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim, Pelling, Namchi, and Kalimpong. The cab drivers are hired based on references and are trained for the hospitality business regularly. “There are a lot of travel agents who aren’t specific about what they offer. Car rental is our prime focus, and we are looking forward to it. We have our fleet of cars, vendors, and we only cater to people who are looking for land packages,” he adds.
