Hailing from a humble middle class family of engineers and doctors, Kshitij’s priority was studies. With an excellent academic record, he completed software engineering and joined Wipro working for HP printers (US). He then stumbled upon a Masters programme in Advertising & PR which he pursued and soon fell in love with advertising. The next eight years were spent working across multiple advertising agencies from large network to medium size agencies in varied roles of business and creative; leading teams, learning valuable lessons all along. Over the course of his work, he was chosen amongst ‘Top 30 under 30 creatives world-wide’ as a ‘Young Creative Lion’ at the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity held at Cannes, France in 2017.
