Hailing from a humble middle class family of engineers and doctors, Kshitij’s priority was studies. With an excellent academic record, he completed software engineering and joined Wipro working for HP printers (US). He then stumbled upon a Masters programme in Advertising & PR which he pursued and soon fell in love with advertising. The next eight years were spent working across multiple advertising agencies from large network to medium size agencies in varied roles of business and creative; leading teams, learning valuable lessons all along. Over the course of his work, he was chosen amongst ‘Top 30 under 30 creatives world-wide’ as a ‘Young Creative Lion’ at the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity held at Cannes, France in 2017. This is where he had the pleasure of imbibing advertising & life lessons from Creative Stalwarts like Tham Kai Meng (Ex-Worldwide CCO, Ogilvy & Mather), David Droga, Sir John Hegarty, Sir Bob Isherwood amongst many other amazing people. Starting operations with two employees to a flourishing team of 12 today, which is only growing strong with each passing day, Horizon9 has come a long way. The agency is currently engaged with over 10 clients in long term association while two new acquisitions are in order. Horizon9 stands as a Public Limited company registered with MSME and ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality standards. Currently, operating through their office in Noida(Delhi-NCR) they plan to move to their new office space in Noida itself by end of 2020.
